Wtf this is really good lol. Never thought you would produce something with this kind of sound, but I like it a lot. Most dubstep nowadays (like Sharks) is kinda boring but this drop was so fun to listen to, its not just heavy growls but also has these tiny sound effects. You obviously took care of the details. I also like that piano bit in the middle where you basically went back to your usual style.

ItzCorkscrew responds:

Thank you so much for the feedback I love when I see a comment from you<3

Ahh you really outdid yourself with this one. Clean mastering, great melodies and those vocal samples are used very well. As always tho I have a little complaint, some of the transitions sound a little weird lol.

ItzCorkscrew responds:

I will get better, I promise!

This was quite nice to hear, the chord progression was good and its quite calming, almost has a OcularNebula feel. I'm a little bothered by the last part tho, feels like there are 2 instruments having an argument and interrupting each other, it sounds very out of place.

ItzCorkscrew responds:

Maybe because I rushed it a bit, but thanks for the feed, always appreciated!

Dude INSANE mastering in this one. The drops were great. The part at 1:54 was very unexpected tho XD and the choir in the background could have been quieter. (Yes I'm a nub producer who only knows how to comment about volume lul)

ItzCorkscrew responds:

You are not noob tho

Man THIS is the kind of dnb I like (and wanna make tbh), the melodic and energetic type. Its really fitting for platformer and racing video games, not to mention GD of course. Pretty good overall, but I felt the drums you used at 0:10 and 1:45 were too loud, I would personally have wanted to make the piano louder. The drops were fantastic though.

ItzCorkscrew responds:

Thank you VERY MUCH for your feedback m8 <333

Arrival v2 8)
Its really catchy, however I find it less well mastered than the other Imogen Heap remixes you did...this one is very noisy and the synths are always fighting with the vocals, I think maybe EQ the synths a little more to cut out the noisy freqs

JBeat2k9 responds:

You're absolutely right! I had trouble using limiters with FL Studio while making this and have a better understanding of how to pair them with EQ to get a more consistent sound from everything! Sorry for putting this one out before I'd managed to master it properly! I'll try to be less lazy next time! ^^ <3

Sorry dude, as much as you'd like to pay a tribute to LP and use this in GD, its copyrighted material, and you won't be allowed to upload this. This song would get removed, or at the very least you won't be scouted because of this upload.

The new melody's good. Mastering wise, this was a little hard to listen to tho. Like dreamless said, you should try to bring out the peak of the kick (the "boom" sound) and less on the tail (the loud bassy sound after the "boom"). Drums were a little too loud in general.

Astedroid responds:

As i said to Corkscrew, i'ts fixed.

I expected a joke song XD
But this is far from a joke. Really creative concept, its based entirely off the old version, keeping all the same synths and rhythms, just changing the chord progressions. And somehow it still works. It has a more mysterious and adventurous feel now, good job.

That piano is the coolest

I'm an aspiring musician who produces electronic music in my free time! I do not specialise in any particular genre, I am willing to experiment and try out different styles. I do prefer some orchestral elements mixed in my music though.
